1827 Asa Everingham was the plaintiff in a tresspass & Ejectment lawsuit in Monmouth county, NJ against John Andrews. "I do not know the outcome of this case. It is listed within the Supereme court files 1704-1844 of New Jersey.".

2Ye Old Yellow Meeting House, Baptist Church in Upper Freehold NJ, Asa Everingham died May 26, 1829 in his 34th year.
