is this the same family?

1850 in the 1850 Salem, NJ census, John Everham 40, b.PA and Charles Everham 10, b.PA were living with the John Commiskey family... Also in 1850 Owen Indiana census, Elizabeth Wark 37, b.PA, was living with John Wark 17, David Wark 13, Jane 12, Aaron 11, George 5, all born in Ohio.

Elizabeth remarried to John Wark?
1860 CENSUS Philadelphia, PA... "John Wark 32, moulder, b.IRE,.. Elizabeth Wark 42, b.PA,.. Albert Everham 20, whalebone?, b.PA,.. Chas Everham 18, gas fitter, b.PA,.. Catherene Everham 17, umbrella maker, b.PA."

1870 CENSUS Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA (25 June 1870, #723)... Elizabeth Wark 54, b.PA,.. John Wark 44, b.IRE, occ: moulder,.. Charles Everham 30, b.PA, occ; market.
Same family!?.. possible double listing
1870 CENSUS Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA (Page 48, Maria Street, Nov 15, 1870, Dwelling 440) Benjamin Parr 60,.. Ann M Parr 56,.. (Dwelling 438).. John Wark 42,.. Elizabeth Wark 42,.. Chas Everham 30,.. Sam B. Parr 31,.. Kate Parr 24,.. Benjamin Parr 9,.. Samuel Parr 7,.. Albert Parr 5." Mother Elizabeth says she is 42 (same age given in the 1860 census!) which makes her only 12 years older than Charles, her 2nd son, surely she (or whoever filled out the census) underestimated her age by about 10 years). Otherwise, it looks like most of the same group in the 1880 Census. According to the 1870 Census, it looks like Catherine was probably married to Sam B. Parr.

1879 U.S. General pension files.. "Albert Everham, 26th PA Infantry, name of dependent; Elizabeth Everham, mother,.. date of filing; Aug 25, 1879, application #250.284, cert #209.251."

1880 CENSUS Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA (Page 181A, #3393).. John Wark 50, b.IRE,.. Elizabeth Wark 63, b.PA, wife,.. Charles Everham 39, b.PA, step son, occ; Coal dealer,.. Benjamin Parr 18, other,.. Samuel Parr 16, b.PA, other. Elizabeth is back to her correct age her, similar to 1860 Census, also daughter Catherine's children are living with grandma.

also unknown if related record:
A Pvt. Albert Everham, born about 1839 in Pennsylvania, died 5 May 1862 at Williamsburg, VA (Civil War)... His residence was Philadelphia, PA, he enlisted at age 22, at Philadelphia, PA in 1861 and was killed in action at Williamsburg, VA... his mother "Elizabeth Everham" applied for pension 25 Aug 1879. This Albert is buried at Yorktown National Cemetery, Yorktown, York, Virginia.
