Research of Kevin Everingham of MI, 2015 1954 Wyoming County Gazette, NY, Thurs, April 8, 1954..."Lieut. Neil Everingham Awarded Bronze Star Word was received here last week that Lieut. Neil G. Everingham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Everingham of Pickett street has been awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service in combat duty against community forces in Korea. The award was bestowed upon Lieut. Everingham in colorful ceremonies in Korea on March 13th of this year. Liet. Everingham is serving with the 64th Tank Battalion in Korea. At the present time he is executive officer of Co. C. of the 64th tank batallion and also performs various duties including that of Company Supply Officer, acting on the Court Martial Board and umpiring Command Post exercises."
2013 The Post Standard Newspaper, 20 Jan 2013... "Neil G. Everingham, obituary, of Lakeland, Tennessee, died 14 Jan 2013 age 83 at Syracuse, NY. obituary mentions wife; Joyce Dubert Everingham, son N. Mark Everingham and daughter-in-law, Cathy Everingham.
