Mrs. Sarah J. French Scammell, 70 widow of the late Harrison Scammell, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Fox, 4681 S. Salina St., East Onondga. Surviving are two sons, Walter and Hery Scammell: one daughter, Mrs. Fox: three sisters, Mrs. Judson Kinne, Mrs. Herman Scammell and Mrs. Jerry Everingham, and one brother, Horace French of Lafayette. Services will be held from her late home at noon Sunday with prayer at 2 o'clock at the Presbyterian Church, Lafayette.
