Bill against surviving Executors and Trustees of Gilbert Evernghim, deceased, for an account and relief, and for the appointment of new Trustee or Trustees and Executors.

GILBERT D. EVERNGHIM, and Mary Josephine Evernghim, two of the defendents in this cause, whose place of residence is in Woodbridge, State of New Jersey; Edward Wilson and Susan R., his wife, and Lydia W. Evernghim, three of the defendants in this cause, whose place of residence is in Sandusky, State of Ohio; Helen L. Evernghim, Phoebe Ann Evernghim, and William R. Thurston Evernghim, three of the defendants in this cause, whose place of residence is in Rahway, State of New Jersey, are all and each of them required to appear in this cause, by the twentieth day of March next, or the bill filed will be taken as confessed by them.
