Mrs. Alice French Everingham, widow of Jerry Everingham, aged 77 years, passed away at the home of her daughter, Miss Arvilla Everingham in Syracuse on Tuesday, Sept. 18, after having suffered a severe heart attack on Sunday.

Mrs. Everingham was born in the town of Tully, the daughter of Stephen and Arvilla Wilcox French. She was united in marriage to Jerry Everingham and five children were born to them; Arvilla E. Everingham, Mabell McQueen; Scranton, PA, Maude Sliker Conesus; Laura Palmer, Ridgefield Park, N.J. and William Everingham of Lafayette, all of whom survive her.

In the passing of Mrs. Everingham the sympathy of everyone who had ever known her goes out to her bereaved family, for her wonderful goodness and understanding seemed always to reach out and comfort and cheer all who met her.
