Hazel Irene Everingham, 85, of 4300 Hazelwood Ave., died Wednesday at Jewish Hospital. She was the former Hazel Irene Shrock, a native of Goshen, Ind., and a member of Goshen First United Methodist Church.
Suvivors: two sons, Claude Everingham of Wakarusa, Ind., and Donald Everingham; a sister Irma Gill of Goshen; and seven grandchildren. Burial at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
