Mr. Harvey Dean Everingham, age 93 of Robinson, IL passed away Sunday December 27, 2020 at 2:58 AM at Cotillion Ridge Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in Robinson, IL following several months of failing health.

Born November 23, 1927 in Hutsonville, IL he was the son of Benjamin F. and Anna Gertrude (Merritt) Everingham. He married Norma Jean (Brackett) and they later divorced.

Harvey worked in the Casting Department at Case/Briggs Pottery, Robinson, IL for 37 years. Prior to working at the pottery, Harvey worked for L.S. Heath and Sons in Robinson, IL. He served in the US Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post #69, Robinson, IL. Harvey was a volunteer driver for the Legion and VFW taking Veterans to the Hospital for medical appointments in Danville, IL. Following his retirement from driving veterans to medical appointments, Harvey enjoyed daily trips to McDonalds, Walmart and Rural King to visit with friends.

"Bill" Everingham, Kingman, AZ; grandchildren, Carey Rutledge, Terre Haute, IN, Josh Everingham, Lawrenceville, IL, Jeremiah Everingham, Olney, IL, Chris Dunshee, Kingman, AZ, Heather Swope-Wolf, Fallon, NV, Jennifer Swope-Bruce, Kingman, AZ; great grandchildren, Anthony Mills, West York, IL, Nyxie Smith-Davis, Hardinville, IL and Keegan Smith, MI; two sisters-in-law, Mickey Everingham, Robinson, IL, Helen Brackett, Robinson, IL, and special friend, Wanda Goff, Robinson, IL.

Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Norma Jean Everingham; granddaughter, Michelle Dunshee; grandson, Matthew Smith four brothers, Edward, Benjamin Jr., Charles and Pearl Everingham; two sisters, Francis Burnett and Myrtle Shook.
The funeral service will be Wednesday December 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL with Pastor Dwight McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday December 30, 2020 from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hutsonville Cemetery, Hutsonville, IL. Military graveside rites will be accorded by the combined units of E.M.
