Ira's Death Record

Ira and Louisa moved from Brant Co. Ontario to Arenac Co. Michigan about 1885.

In 1884 Ira was the informant on his father's death certificate.
1910 Onaway, Presque Isle, MI Census: lists 6 children, 5 living. (what about Emma?)
It is possible that her death was put behind them and not thought about due to her being the first child and she died so young.
Another note from Arenac & Presque Isle County, MI: Most records show up on this family as (ERVINGHAM) or even (IRVINGHAM). This is how they pronounced the name.

1852 Census shows Ira was 3 years of age. DOB would be about 1849.
1861 Census shows Ira was 12 DOB would be 1849
1871 Census shows Ira was 21 DOB would be 1849/1850.
1881 Census for Brandt Co. Onandaga Twsp. Div. B2#92,
Ira was recorded as "farm hand" age 28 and she was 26. This would make his DOB 1853!?

When Ira died 6 Jan 1924, he was listed as 65 yrs, 6mth, 21 dys old. This would make his DOB 16 June 1858!?... His true date of birth remains a mystery.

Note: Family bible information from "Marv Everingham", Ira's great grandson, states that Ira's date of birth was 1858. 2 other family bible's also state 1858.
